How it works. Run the three questionnaires in Microsoft Forms. In each form's Responses tab, click Open in Excel to download. Upload the .xlsx (or .csv) files below. The tool detects the response columns automatically — if anything looks off, use the column offset control to nudge the mapping. All processing happens locally in your browser. No data is uploaded anywhere.

📐 How this tool works
This tool sits alongside the Close the Gaps Socio-Economic Audit. It analyses responses across five domains: Basic Resources, Belonging & Relationships, Financial Inclusion, Learning Support, and School Culture & Staff Practice. Patterns from pupil, staff and parent/carer voices are triangulated to identify where the barriers are sharpest — and which evidence-informed responses school leaders should prioritise.
